These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SG Peptides Lab website and your purchase of products from it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher, research institution, or business to purchase. By ordering you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Research use only
All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only and are subject to our Research-Use-Only Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Products are not for human or animal use.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect intended use contrary to our disclaimer. Payment is due in full before dispatch. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Shipping and risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring lawful import and receipt of products at your delivery address. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of these products, returns are accepted only for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging, or where products are demonstrably defective or incorrectly supplied. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details. We do not accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive items for safety reasons.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use products for any unlawful purpose, not to administer them to humans or animals, and not to resell or supply them for such use. Breach of this clause terminates your right to use the website and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Peptides Lab’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from misuse of products.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
