Shipping

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in appropriate packaging. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for the lawful import and receipt of products at that address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Discreet collection options

If you’d rather not receive the parcel at home, you can collect your order from a Ninja Point or parcel locker instead. Mention this when ordering — add a note at checkout or message @sgpeplab on Telegram — and we’ll arrange collection at a point convenient to you.

Storage on receipt

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored as indicated on the product page. Improper storage after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & refunds

  • Returns accepted only for unopened, unused items in original packaging, reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded once verified.
  • For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Reshipment Guarantee

If a domestic Singapore order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will reship it once at our cost after verification. Report any issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. This covers genuine transit loss or damage; it does not cover incorrect address details provided at checkout.
